Gardening -
Growing as many vegetables as flowering plants almost now. This summer 09 I'm growing the really tall annual (opium) poppies and annual mallow (lavatera) for height in my back border. Poppies just starting to flower!
Trying to change my fat to muscle percentage - weights seem to be the only way unfortunately ... 2 or 3 mornngs a week. I look up all the techniques on the internet and have a good book but would like to see inches coming off my bottom and going onto my skinny ribs a bit faster - just a quarter of an inch some time this year would be good lol
